The ancient rhythm of seasons is all-but disappearing in our productive, urban industrial culture with increasing numbers of overworked people feeling alienated and exhausted. The routine of a seasonal practice offers structure amid the chaos. The science is clear: connecting in community reduces feelings of separation and isolation. By committing to nourishing the body, mind, and soil you are charting a way forward for people and the planet, and anchoring earth embodiment practices to support your life.
From Soul2Soil: Regenerative Life Design through the Seasons is a transformative 4-part seasonal program that meets over the course of one year. It is a gateway to a well-seasoned life, nested in ecological intelligence and community support. Together, we will center seasonal practices that support our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being: gratitude, nature tending, mindful reflection and joy. Sign up for one season, or all four for the full cycle connecting you through the year’s seasons.
The program launches on Thursday, March 23, 2023, during the first week of Spring. From this place of new growth and potentiality, we invite you to regenerate this year!

To tune in and celebrate the subtle and not-so-subtle shifts in nature’s patterning, we will gather online for four stand-alone modules over 2023, for one month during each season of the year.
Each month-long module includes:
- Four Live, online weekly Zoom meetings: Thursdays 10-11:30am PST, 1-2:30pm EST, hosted by Devorah Brous and Keri Evjy. Guest educators will join us the third week of each month.
- Access to recordings of each live meeting (posted within a few days of each meeting and available until March 23, 2024).
- Audio recordings of the songs and earth-centered meditations from the Regenerative Life Design Playbook and FromSoil2Soul to ground us with earth embodiment techniques.
- Earth-based practices for growing climate-wise, relieving tension and supporting your nervous system, increasing intuition, and deepening self-discovery.
- Peer-to-peer support: Each participant will have the option to pair up with another for reflection and accountability, synthesis and renewal.
